At Cultivating Truth, we believe leadership doesn’t begin with strategy, it begins with alignment in Truth. Whether you’re seeking clarity in your next step, navigating a transition, trying to build a team culture, wanting change but not clear on how, or leading others through complexity, we help you lead from what’s true, not from pressure or conformity.
Founded by coach and consultant Troy Dennison, Cultivating Truth was created to help people move beyond a performance identity and into True purposeful, Identity-driven leadership. Born out of his own life transformation, struggles, challenges and adversity, Troy brings decades of experience in leadership, athletics, and spiritual growth in practical ways that result in sustainable transformation and authentic impact. We walk with individuals and organizations as their Wingman to uncover what’s uniquely true and assist them to build a generative process of growth and transformation.

Cultural Ethos
We help individuals and organizations build values-based cultures rooted in integrity to True Identity, where who you are informs and inspires how you lead and live. The Truth of who you are will transcend the adversity required to achieve the mission only if it's Truth! If this is not the "whole Truth and nothing but The Truth, so help you God," then it's cultivating a lie that results in missional failure! The state you are in is the state you give!
Holistic Intake
What you absorb mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually impacts how you grow. We help you develop habits and rhythms that support clarity, life-giving energy, and sustainable transformation. The body follows the mind. What is shaping and impacting the mind? Truth - "you will reap what you sow!"
Performance reveals our B.S. (belief systems.) We guide leaders and teams to perform in partnership with Truth not in opposition to it. Truth alignment in performance will inform, inspire and invite others who resonate with what is real and authentic to join together through true partnerships and selfless sacrifice to the team and the mission. Anything else is a "house divided!" You cannot give what you do not posess!
