Our Journey
Cultivating Truth was born out of a desire to set people free to live authentic Kingdom lives. True leadership leads from a foundation of True Identity, leading into performance that fulfills lasting purpose. We've found that true transformation begins when individuals discover their authentic True Identity and grow from the inside out, rooted in Truth, inspired through clarity, connection, and conviction. When who we are informs how we do what we do, then—and only then—will our "why" be aligned and unconflicted from our True Identity. We want our actions to validate our words!
Founded by Troy Dennison, Cultivating Truth brings together decades of experience in business leadership, coaching, and organizational development. Our work is rooted in the belief that authentic leadership begins with being over doing, and these authentic purpose-driven people build thriving teams, cultures, and communities.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help people know and experience Truth by discovering their True Identity that engages authentic True Leadership which in turn equips transformational Performance and empowers lasting Purpose. This produces a freedom to live unconflicted Kingdom lives in every walk of life that informs, inspires and invites others to join them through vulnerability, authenticity and transparency.

Belong
People learn to belong before they learn to believe. We help individuals, teams and organizations cultivate spaces where people can be vulnerable, authentic and transparent. True belonging isn’t about fitting in, it’s about being known and valued for the Truth of who you truly are not what the world or culture tries to convince you to conform to. We help individuals and teams build environments rooted in trust, unity, selflessness, and love where Truth isn’t forced, it flourishes.
Believe
When we learn to belong together we'll see and understand those fundamental principles that unite us. In order for them to take root in us and before we can lead others well, we must believe rightly about God, ourselves and others. We guide individuals to confront false narratives and embrace a Truth-centered Identity. This belief empowers clarity, builds confidence, and unlocks the courage to lead, love, and grow with Truth and Grace that produces the opportunity for a faith response. We do what we believe.
Become
Becoming is a journey of connection, alignment, execution, and purpose all converging into True Identity. As we train ourselves and others to respond to Truth we empower them to live and lead from Love, free from fear, stepping into their unique calling with intentionality and perseverance. Through this process, they don’t just change, they transform and transcend into leaders who carry Truth into every area of life with lasting impact and influence. Legacy is the lasting impact we make in the lives of others who go and do likewise.
Meet Our Founder
Troy Dennison, founder of Cultivating Truth, is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in business, ministry, and leadership development. His career spans entrepreneurship, executive pastoral leadership, and regional oversight within the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where he continues to faithfully engage relationally, equip scripturally, empower Spiritually and mobilize leaders across Western Montana to live, minister and lead in Truth.
Troy’s passion is rooted in his personal relationship with Jesus Christ and his calling to help others live out authentic Kingdom lives. His mission is to coach, equip, motivate, and release individuals to rediscover their true Identity, engage God’s leadership, perform by the power of His Spirit, and fulfill their God-given purpose in fellowship with Him and others.
Throughout his life and ministry, Troy has been motivated by the The Gospel of Jesus Christ! He has discovered on this journey with Him the transformational truths found in Scripture, particularly passages such as 1 Timothy 1:12–17, Ephesians 1:15–23 & 3:14-21, Hebrews 12:1-3, and Philippians 3:12-14. These form the foundation of his leadership philosophy and the heartbeat of Cultivating Truth.
He has been blessed in marriage for over 30 years and is a proud father of three adult children.
